In the bedroom there is a double size bed with the sheets. In the bathroom there is a washing machine, a lavabo, a toilet and a shower. The house is ideally located at walking distance from the tram and the bus station. Groceries are also a few minutes walking distance from the house. The minimal renting period is 3 months.
