ROOM 1A - GRAN DE GRÀCIA *PRICE PER PERSON* Our Gran de Gràcia apartment is the perfect choice if you want to live with many flatmates. There is a great atmosphere and its location is absolutely unbeatable. The apartment is located in the third floor of a beautiful modernist building with very high ceilings and over 200m2. In front of “Els Jardinets de Gràcia” and next to Passeig de Gràcia, you will find all services next to you. There are 9 rooms, two of them are shared. The apartment has a lot of natural light and a lot of space. There is a big hall and the living and dinning areas have an amazing huge exterior window with clothes line facing to the Gràcia neighborhood. There are 2 sofas, auxiliar tables, a flat screen TV and a big table with chairs to share your meals with your flatmates. The kitchen is really big too and it has 2 fridges, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, beater and all utensils for cooking and eating. The washing machine is also on the kitchen but there is a laundry room to dry your clothes and iron them. There are also 2 complete bathrooms one with shower and the other one with bathtub. This is a huge and lightly student room for 2 people. It has 2 single beds, 2 bed tables, 2 wardrobes with hangers and 2 mirrors. The best part of this student room is the exterior and private balcony with cool views of the main street of Gràcia neighborhood and Passeig de Gràcia. In the working area there are 2 desks and 2 chairs, 2 desk lamps, 2 bulletin boards and 2 paper bins. There are also 2 buckets for dirty clothes to prepare your laundry. This is a calmly room cause it is located far from the hall, living room and kitchen areas. Mandatory registration fee, single pay of 250€.
