This industrial style loft in via Marghera is in a central zone, full of shops and restaurants, near the Barclays National Theatre. This apartment is located on the ground floor and it overlooks a wide inner courtyard with offices and ateliers. Previously, this loft was an industrial structure which has been turned into an apartment, which is near the red metro line (stations: De Angeli and Wagner). In the loft there is an intermediate floor overlooking the bedroom, rich with details. The effect created is the so-called “urban jungle”. Kitchen and living room The living room can be separated from the bedroom on the intermediate floor through two full-height sliding doors. The single beds can be combined into a double bed. The living room is provided with a table and a practical piece of furniture where you find a second TV. The kitchen is small but practical. Here you can find the washing machine plus two shelves, hidden by some doors Bathroom and bedroom In the bedroom, which is big and practical, there are a chest of drawers, a coat hanger and a piece of furniture on which you can easily replace the TV. On the left, go up some steps and you reach a comfortable zone with a chair-bed, a coat hanger and a chest of drawers. From here, you can go to a lowered area, which perfectly fits the style of the whole loft. The bathroom is in the bedroom on the ground floor and there are no windows. In the area before the bathroom you find a built in closet with all the products for cleaning.
