The room will be rented out any time from 1st of February onwards. As I have given in the list, it’s fully furnished and all the equipments including; refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, and stove are new. However, there’re couple of things which I bought myself and in case you want them, will be sold for a very reasonable price (a photo of them is attached). House is located in Agelobrink 31, which is 15m away from Saxion Universiy by bike. Moreover, the other 3 tenatns are Studnets...
