Room for rent from February -One room (22m2) for rent in a 3 bedroom flat. -Bathroom is shared by only 2. -The flat is in the city center, middle of Szentkirályi utica -The following universities are close: Pázmány Péter Egyetem, Károli Gáspár Egyetem, ELTE, Corvinus, BME, some faculties of Semmelweis too. -The rent is 350€ everything included. -Metro line 3,4, tramway 4/6 (this goes all night) and the night buses are around 3-4 minutes walking, metro line 2 is 8 minutes walking. -The party district is around 15-20 minutes of walking distance (I usually just walk home) but the actual flat is in a quite neighborhood. -The flat is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, coffeemaker, kitchen appliances etc. A cleaning lady comes once a month to clean the whole flat....
