Description

Room is a wg on the 25th floor of the apartment. the kitchen and shared spaces are on the first floor, while the bedroom is on the second. There is a built in wardrobe which provides ample storage spaces. There will only be one other flatmate. Building is right next to the Deutsche Sporthochschule Köln and a 20 min ride away from University of Cologne. 3 min walk to the nearest tram station On New Year's Eve, look out of the window at 12 midnight for lots of fireworks. This is a dorm managed by kstw, i am subletting the place as i will be on exchange. As per kstw rules, i am not allowed to charge rent higher than what they are charging. So its a fair rate and better than many places for a place this size. Applicants need to be enrolled with a university within Cologne. Perfect for exchange student in the first semester....
