Hi! Because of other plans, I'm leaving this great house from the end of January. The room will be available from February 1st. However, if you prefer to move in sooner I'm open to it. Also, our landlord always gives everyone a 6-month contract. After those 6-months contracts can be extended if both parties want to (no worries, the landlord rarely ever rejects an extension). Me and my housemates are looking for a sociable and clean person (preferably female) who's looking forward to live in one of the best parts of Amsterdam :). The location: our house is in 'De Pijp', honestly one of the nicest areas in Amsterdam. It's right below the inner city centre (canals), which makes it less touristy. The area houses a lot of students and starters and therefore loads of great bars, shops, and the Albert Cuijp market. Also, our house is right next to the Sarphatipark. About the bedroom: it concerns a large bedroom of 15m2. Besides the bathroom, this is the only room on the second floor of the appartment, which gives you a lot of privacy. The room already has a nice big closet, so it's not necessary to bring your own (you don't need to pay for the closet). Also, the room already has a nice desk. Of course you don't need to take it, but it's possible. The costs for this room will be €800,00 all in. About the house: it has a spacious and comfortable living area, large balcony, bathroom with a bath, 2 toilets and is fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer). Housemates: I live with two awesome (female) housemates. The first one is 25 years old, studied social psychology and works in Amsterdam full time. The other is 24, works as a nurse in the Amsterdam Medical Centre 4 days a week and studies the other day. They're really easy and fun to live with. Our relationship is built on mutual trust and we can discuss everything: it's a very open household. Sometimes we watch films together, cook together, we have friends over, etc. But as everyone's working and studying we don't spend all our time together, of course. We're inviting people over to see the house next week (evenings), so let me know if you're interested :). Hope to hear from you! Hell...
