De kamer is gemeubileerd en kost 336 euro per maand inclusief gas, water, elektiricteit en internet. Verder is deze kamer 16m2 en heeft een eigen wasbak. Er wonen daarnaast 7 mensen (mannen/vrouwen) in dit huis. We hebben twee douches, twee wc's, een keuken met een woonkamer die van alle gemakken is voorzien. Ook bevat ons terrein een bewaakte fietsenstalling en parkeerplaatsen. Ten slotte wonen we 5 minuten fietsen van het centrum af en 15 minuten fietsen van de universiteit en Stappegoor. Deze plaatsen zijn eveneens te bereiken met de twee bushaltes die voor onze deur liggen.
