Available from the 15th of January, this whole flat has been just renovated, it's in one of the most amazing locations in Barceloneta. As you can see in the panoramic pics the flat is very bright, full of sunlight all the day, TV, WIFI, air conditioning, 1 bathrooms, big living room with terrace, all the windows are double and soundproofed, washing machine. It's right in front of the beach and very close to the metro, from all the rooms you can see this amazing view. In the flat there are 2 room. The one available is with bunk beds (with the possibility to put a single bed, a desk and a small closet) for 425, expenses not included. As usual the new occupants have to pay 2 months of deposit, that will be given u back when u leave....
