Hi! I am renting out my beloved aptm from 15 January 2018, located at Corvin district. The aptm is a studio aptm (18 sqm) on the 3rd floor. The rent is HUF (hidden phone number) (including the internet and the utilities as well). Semmelweis, Corvinus, Andássy University, shops, mall, cinema, coffee houses, restaurants are within reach. You can come home by 4/6 tram that stops in front of the house or by metro nr. 3 that is 2 mins away. The neighbours are nice people :) If you wanna have a quiet, private life without being bothered by noise, unfriendly neighbours, pubs, cars, public transportation, this studio can be your new home while staying in Budapest :) And despite the small studio size, the aptm has a dishwasher and a dryer...
