his flat has been just renovated, it's in one of the most amazing locations in Barceloneta. As you can see in the panoramic pics the flat is very bright, full of sunlight all the day, TV, WIFI, air conditioning, 1 bathrooms, big living room with terrace, all the windows are double and soundproofed. It's right in front of the beach and very close to the metro, from all the rooms you can see this amazing view. In the flat there are 2 rooms: big room with double bed for 500 and small room with bunk beds for 420, expenses not included. 920 for the whole flat. As usual the new occupants have to pay 2 months of deposit, that will be given u back when u leave....
