Air Condition with heating and cooling is installed in all rooms - even have a heater on timer in the bathroom for a more beautiful visit to the shower now in winter-time :) It's less than 5 minutes walking from my building to CARREFOUR in Las Ramblas. And a 5-minute walk to either RED, GREEN or PURPLE metro. The building has an elevator, and flat is located on the 4th floor. THE APARTMENT HAVE A HUGE PRIVATE TERRACE IN 2 LEVELS.
