Hello hello!! I have 2 Rooms in the city centre (Joaquin Costa) available for rent with double beds (140cm), desks, large windows and big wardrobes. Air Condition with heating and cooling is installed in all rooms - even have a heater on timer in the bathroom for a nicer visit to the shower now in winter-time :) Its less than 5 minutes walking from my building to CARREFOUR in Las ramblas. And a 5 minute walk to either RED, GREEN or PURPLE metro. Building have elevator and flat is located on the 4th floor. THE APARTMENT HAVE A HUGE PRIVATE TERRACE IN 2 LEVELS. Rent is 600 - bills included (WiFi/water/electricity). PS: Available now, minimum 1 month stay....
