In the room you can a loft bed which allows to use the whole space of the room and to watch TV while laying. There is a working desk with chair, one comfortable sofa, a large wardrobe, a set of drawers and a big table for many purposes. The colour "dark wood" can be found in many of the described items. In the modern bathroom there is a shower and a new washing machine. MISCELLANOUS Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed. No pets, sorry. A lease contract in german and english will be signed.
