Lovely apartment in the Oltrarno area (the real Florence for us) at only 2 min walk from Pitti Palace and Ponte Vecchio. S M Novella train station is only 15/20 min walk. Polimoda school is at only 15 min walk or 7 min by bicycle. The apartment have 1 bedroom with a double bed (or 2 singles if you want to share the flat), a kitchen fully equipped and a bathroom. Wifi is included in the rent while the bills (water, gas and electricity) are not included. There is also a washing machine inside the apartment. The apartment is inside an old building with other 6 units so please no noise from 10pm to 8am. Nearby are lots of supermarkets, mini markets, bars, restaurants and ice cream shops...
