The accommodation is on the 3rd floor of our house and consists in a large bed room of 20 m2 with a two persons-bed, a desk a sof and a wardrobe. Next to that, there is an equiped kitchen of 10 m2 with a dining table of and a shower room with WC (see the plan in the pictures). The kitchen is fully equipped (cooking plates, microwave oven, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, and dishes). Linen and towels provided. There is a washing machine and an ironing set. The room is furnished with a 2 persons bed, a wardrobe with hangers, a desk with chair and task lighting. Your room is independent and you have a key. It is also then possible that you bring an extra (3rd) person, we can provide an extra mattress, a supplement is requested. We do not recommend a long stay for 3 considering the size of the room. We also have other bedroom at the floor below that are available for rent, you will find it in our listing. Guest access The guest has access to all the floor privately with it's own key. Neighborhood overview Our house is located at equal walking distance of the two best fries places in Brussels > Place Flagey and Place Jourdan :) The facility is also an 8-minute walk from EU institutions (Place du Luxembourg, Roundabout Schumann). Flagey square is one of the nicest area of Brussels, it has it al: nice cafés, shops, restaurants, the weekend market, two gorgeous ponds... while being a vibrant and bustling cultural heart of Brussels, that neighbourhood yet manages to retain a cosy village-y vibe. It's not far from the city center (Grand Place, Manneken Pis, Sainte-Catherine) and Saint-Gilles area (Art Nouveau, Horta...). Plus, if you need nature and fresh air, there are also nice green places nearby: parc Royal, abbaye de La Cambre, bois de La Cambre, forêt de Soignes. Getting around The house is well connected by public transport: buses, metro, trams and public bicycles....
