Description

a lovely studio apartment on the fifth floor in Rosenheimerstrasse in Schoeneberg. The building has a lift. The apartment is furnished and has internet. The kitchen is equipped and there is a double bed and a sofa in the living room. It has a small storage room between the bathroom and the room itself. It also has a big terrace. In order to get TV connection the GEZ need to be payed which amounts to about 18€ per month and needs to be payed as soon as you register, this is a tax from the German state and therefore cannot be changed. Everything else is already included in the price....
