Single bedroom in really nice and luminous shared flat. The room is composed of a single bed, a bedtable, a wardrobe, a desk and chair and a private terrace. The room is situated in an apartment composed other 3 rooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and three (hidden) is ideal if you wish to live a outstanding experience in a secured and high quality apartment. The bills are €60/month for water, gas, electricity, internet, heating and one hour and a half of cleaning of the common areas. Extras: Registration of the rental contract: it is a fee due to register the rental contract and make it legal in Italy so that you are totally covered for any kind of reason. This cost is divided between us and the tenant. For stays up to six months, it is approximatively €65.50 each . Cleaning of the apartment: a cleaning lady comes once a week to clean all the common areas (kitchen, bathrooms, corridor, balcony if there is one). The cost is €10/hour to divide between each tenant of the apartment if she takes more than one hour and a half because of damages or because the apartment is really dirty. The apartment can welcome 4 people maximum. The name comes from the typical Florentine trasnformation of San Giacomo’s name. The Church San Jacopo in Polverosa has been dedicated to him, called San Jacopino to avoid confusions with other churches of the city center. The Church was situated in the middle of the Sqaure but has been destroyed during World War II. It is well connected to the city center and to all the Universities of Florence thanks to buses. You can also reach the city center within 15 minutes walk. The square has a simple local appearance, with a few grocery stores and few homemade and cheap restaurants. The buildings were made during the Thirties, during the Fascism, when the area was developed . There are only two exceptions: the first one is a modern building dating from 1976, characterized by assymetric forms zhere we can find a bank a few apartments today. The second one is recent and is the Dellapiccola Square in front of a Student House (2005), today, a meeting point for Summer events with small markets and other outdoor activities.
