Furnished 26sqm apartment (3 Floor) in the ANDROMAQUE residence located next to the metro stop Gratte Ciel, 5min from Université Lyon 1 and Université Lyon 3. The property offers a safe and peaceful environment to study. ABOUT THE ACCOMMODATION: The apartment includes: - Kitchenette with hob, fridge, crockery and cupboards - Living area with double bed, wardrobe, table and chairs, desk and book shelves - Separate bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC. The building is modern, safe and provides all what you need to study and enjoy your student life: - Internet in the entire building - Reception - Cleaning common areas - Laundry - Room cleaning service - Breakfast Please note that some of our services are not included in the monthly rent and will be charged extra. RENTAL CONDITIONS: The monthly rent includes the furniture, water and internet. Please note that you will be required to pay to the landlord an administration fee of 414 euros. This fee includes the rental agreement, keys handover, cleaning and preparing the accommodation before your arrival. This fee is different from the Housing Anywhere Secure Booking Fee. If you do not have a guarantor living in France, you will have to pay 1 month rent extra before moving in the apartment. This month rent will be deducted from your last payment (you will not pay the last rent). After your booking, you will be required to provide a copy of your passport or ID card, your student card or letter of acceptance from the university or internship agreement. If you cannot provide these documents, please do not request to book our properties. HOW TO BOOK: If you are interested in this accommodation send us a booking request for the dates you like. All bookings will go through Housing Anywhere which is an online booking platform. Therefore there is no viewing or meeting possible before you complete your booking online. If you are accepted as a tenant you will pay: - Immediately to Housing Anywhere: the 1st month rent + the secure booking fee - Later to the landlord: the deposit + the administration fee (+ 1 month rent if you do not have a guarantor).
