Utilities are NOT included in the rent In a very nice apartment, with young and dynamic people, the excellent location allows to experience the real florence's city center life. This is 2 minute walk from Santa Croce square, 10 min walk from the Duomo, 20 min from the train station and 1 min from bus station. The church of Santa Croce is an awesome middleages masterpiece, with a bunch of good guys resting in it: Galileo Galilei, Michelangelo Buonarroti, Enrico Fermi, Ugo Foscolo, Nicolò Machiavelli, Gioachino Rossini..... know who they were? googl'em!!! Around there, whatever concerns style, great food, rainassance, wine and art.....a paradise for refined bohemians. Nightlife is 2 min. walk from the apartment, and so does daylife....because Santa Croce square never rests (althought the house is a good hundred meters away from the square, in a really quiet street, traffic is strictly restricted in that area). Don't go around too much, especially when sun shines.... you may fall in love!!! Down there are several mini markets, and just at 5 min walk distance you can find a supermarket. And now the room: two beds, wardrobe, closets, a really wide window. Style of the house is traditional, yet modern and really cozy... you can use the kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, living room. Le utenze NON sono comprese nel canone di affitto L'appartamento è grazioso, condiviso con persone giovani e dinamiche, e situato in una posizione eccellente che permette di vivere in prima persona la vita del centro di Firenze. E' a due minuti a piedi da Piazza Santa Croce, 10 minuti dal Duomo, 20 minuti dalla stazione dei treni e 1 minuto dalla stazione dei bus. La chiesa di Santa Croce è uno splendido capolavoro medievale in cui riposano molti personaggi famosi: Galileo Galilei, Michelangelo Buonarroti, Enrico Fermi, Ugo Foscolo, Nicolò Machiavelli, Gioachino Rossini..... Dovreste tutti sapere chi sono, altrimenti cercateli su Google! Intorno a quest'area si trova tutto quello che riguarda stile, buon cibo, rinascimento, vino e arte... Insomma, un paradiso per dei "bohemians" raffinati. Sia la vita diurna che notturna si sviluppano a pochissimi minuti dall'appartamento... Piazza Santa Croce non riposa mai (anche se l'appartamento è situato in una silenziosissima stradina ristretta al traffico, a una distanza che permette di non sentire i rumori della piazza)! Non girare troppo, specialmente quando il sole splende..altrimenti potresti innamorarti della città! Oltre a tutto questo, tantissimi mini markets e un supermercato a 5 minuti di distanza a piedi completano il quartiere! E ora, la stanza: 2 letti, guardaroba, armadi e un' ampia finestra. Lo stile della casa è tradizionale,ma allo stesso tempo moderno e vivibile.. Potrai utilizzare e condividere cucina, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, ferro da stiro, phon e il suo salotto...
