The house is composed by 14 rooms and is included in a complex of 3 houses linked together by a large courtyard. Common areas include 2 kitchens, a large dining room and several bathrooms and toilets. You will find all kind public transportations at walking distance: tramway (Gillon), bus (Gillon), metro (Botanique), train (Gare du Nord). The area offers plenty of shops such as supermarkets, butcher, nightshops, cafes, washing machines and you can reach the shoping street Rue Neuve in 10min by foot. You can go to the reception in case you need assistance and common areas are cleaned once a week. Possibility to rent a private car park (extra cost). You will have to pay a one-time fee of 15 euros extra for the insurance which is mandatory. The rent includes all bills (internet, electricity, water, gas).
