The room is furnished with double bed and mattress, desk, chest of drawers, side table and in-build wardrobe. The entire apartment was renovated last year and offers - Newly fitted kitchen - First floor bathroom suite - Office room and rear private garden - Central heating and double glazing - Kitchen is already equipped with kitchen appliances table and chairs. The new person will have access to the common areas of the home, kitchen, garden, office room and bathroom. Ideally, I am looking for someone to stay ideally six months or longer, but short term are considered. The flat is located in Burgess Road, Stratford, E15, short walk from Maryland Station and Westfield centre in Stratford 5 min walking to Maryland over ground station 7 min walking to Leyton Station Central Line 15 min walking to Stratford station, which connects with the Jubilee and Central Lines as well as National Express East Anglia for services to Liverpool Street and Essex and London Overground services. Ideal location for someone working or studying in the city, Liverpool Street is only 10 min with Central line, Canary wharf (15 min) with dlr, city centre (e. g. Oxford Circus) is less than 20 min away. Easy access to London City Airport, the closest airport, it's only 18 minutes journey with DLR. For those traveling to Stanstead airport, it's only 40 mins journey with shuttle bus leaving from Stratford station.
