This is a well-furnished beautiful room located in a nice and modern apartment on 4th floor with elevator. The apartment is located at a walking distance of less than 10 minutes from Leiden central train station (500 meters). Because of its central location, it is at walking distance from super markets, bars, restaurants, and other shops. This apartment is mainly for short stays. It is most suitable if you are visiting Leiden to attend a conference, a short course, a research project, or just to spend holidays. Short stay is defined as a stay of a maximum of three months. Facilities include: - WiFi - Kitchen, with fridge + freezer, microwave oven, water boiler, and stove, and necessary utensils - Washing machine The kitchen and the bathroom are shared. Close to the apartment are located a park, a gym, museums, and theatres. *Administrative fee applies; the amount depends on the length of the stay. For a stay of 1 month, it is 75 euro, and for a stay of 2 months or more, it is 150 euro (one-time fee).
