Con il "contratto". La casa bella e silenziosa. Dotata di lavatrice internet Wi-Fi a pian terreno (sono basse le spese generali cioè le bollette) riscaldamento autonomo, zona centrale e tranquilla vicino al centro città e maggior parte le facoltà. Una parte della cauzione vi verrà restituita (ma dovrei scalare qualcosa dalla cauzione per le bollette che arrivano dopo che voi avete lascaito la casa e saranno i vostri consumi). Intorno la casa ci sono anche una piscina e palestra ....... No animali. No fumatori. No coppie fidanzati. Questa struttura si trova in una posizione molto comoda. La grande quantità di fermate a pochi passi fornire ottimi collegamenti con tutta la città. L'appartamento si trova a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal centro della città, e molto vicino alle principali università, come Istituto di Bologna per la politica e research.The quartiere locale è ben servita dalla vasta gamma di ristoranti, negozi e di libero opportunità di tempo...
