ROOM 8 - GRAN DE GRÀCIA Our Gran de Gràcia apartment is the perfect choice if you want to live with many flatmates. There is a great atmosphere and its location is absolutely unbeatable. The apartment is located in the third floor of a beautiful modernist building with very high ceilings and over 200m2. In front of “Els Jardinets de Gràcia” and next to Passeig de Gràcia, you will find all services next to you. There are 9 rooms, two of them are shared. The apartment has a lot of natural light and a lot of space. There is a big hall and the living and dinning areas have an amazing huge exterior window with clothes line facing to the Gràcia neighborhood. There are 2 sofas, auxiliar tables, a flat screen TV and a big table with chairs to share your meals with your flatmates. The kitchen is really big too and it has 2 fridges, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, beater and all utensils for cooking and eating. The washing machine is also on the kitchen but there is a laundry room to dry your clothes and iron them. There are also 2 complete bathrooms one with shower and the other one with bathtub. This is a huge interior room with high ceiling. It has a big double bed (160cm), bed table with bed lamp, wardrobe with hangers, bucket for dirty clothes and mirror. In the working area there is a desk and a chair, a desk lamp, a paper bin and a bulletin board. Mandatory registration fee, single pay of 250€.
