Rotterdam, November 5, 2019 – Rental accommodation marketplace HousingAnywhere is excited to announce a partnership with REOS, the cloud platform for real estate management. From now onwards, REOS is integrated with HousingAnywhere, by means of the recently launched HousingAnywhere API. The direct interface (API) between the platforms will allow users to seamlessly transition from an online booking on HousingAnywhere to a signed lease agreement provided by REOS, significantly shortening the process for all parties involved in a rental transaction. Designed to transcend traditional silos in the real estate market, this integration saves joint customers time and delivers a vastly better customer experience, right from the point of the first contact. Integrating the housing market
The HousingAnywhere API offers a range of possibilities. First, the API supplies a managed solution for storing and accessing property data at HousingAnywhere. Secondly, connected property managers can store and access information regarding the pricing and availability of all their rental units. Thirdly, webhooks enable two-way integrations to ensure that information is kept synchronized between HousingAnywhere and systems that are already being used by property managers. By using these webhooks, bookings can automatically be confirmed as they happen, and availability calendars are updated on the fly. Seelmann:
