Camelot is building Camelot Campus 053. A former faculty building that is going to be transformed into 444 furnished studios. All with a private bathroom and kitchen. Campus 053 is located close to the Technical University in a lush green area. The contracts will be based on Shortstay. This means that you either sign for 6 or 12 months. After this period the contract ends and extension will not be possible. The building is a 10 story construction. Apart from private studios there are also going to be areas for common use. Among other things, there will be a Game Area, Lounge Area and Study area on the ground floor. Also there will be a paid laundry area, a roof terrace and a terrace near the entry of the building. If you need extra storage space you can rent a private storage as well. At this moment the building is under construction. It is expected to be finished in the summer of 2018.
